Wembley ARK, a joint venture between re:shape and Crosstree Real Estate, offers an innovative mix of co-working areas and serviced apartments. Members have exclusive access to premium facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a wellness studio, and various motivating workspaces. In collaboration with design studio Holloway Li, Leaf Envy Projects was brought on board as the plant design consultant for the extensive amenities at Wembley ARK. Leaf Envy Projects handled all aspects of plant design and build, including developing specifications, designing custom plant design plans, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing delivery and installation.
